Change is coming to the Oregon rules of civil practice regarding electronic discovery. Are you prepared?

This two-hour seminar, taught by two leading e-discovery practitioners, will introduce you to the concepts and how-to’s of electronic discovery.

Be prepared for the expected change to ORCP 43 adding electronically stored information (ESI) as a distinct category of information subject to discovery and permitting discovery in electronic format, and best practices for conferring and planning e-discovery.

Learn how to manage costs and the burdens through efficient use of technology and focused discovery requests at this fast-paced seminar geared toward both newer and more experienced litigators.

Our speakers are Katherine Heekin, of the Heekin Law firm and Seth Row, of Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP.

Katherine resolves business disputes, with a focus on complex, fraud-related claims. Her clients include software companies, banks, builders, stock brokers, family-owned businesses, executives, doctors, investment funds, and sports and leisure businesses.

Seth is an experienced litigator and focuses on helping corporate clients resolve complex business, insurance, and employment disputes through litigation, arbitration, or negotiated settlement.
